Data Retention Policy

This page explains the intended retention principles for text submitted to Prime Humanizer. Technical settings and vendor contracts must be verified by the owner before the policy is treated as final.

Submitted text

Submitted drafts should be processed only for providing the requested rewrite and operational security. The confirmed storage duration is pending an infrastructure review.

Account and support data

If accounts or support forms are enabled, necessary records may be retained to provide service, prevent abuse, and respond to requests. Exact retention periods require owner and legal approval.

Logs and security

Limited technical logs may be retained for reliability, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and incident investigation. The fields collected and retention window must be documented after a server audit.

Third-party processors

Any AI model provider, hosting provider, analytics service, payment processor, or email platform that receives data must be listed after contracts and configuration are verified.

Deletion requests

A verified contact method and response process for deletion requests must be added by the owner. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information until these details are finalized.
